How we keep BW Horizons trusted. Every member is verified before gaining access, so the network you join is the network you can rely on.
Why Verification Matters
Commodity trading runs on trust. A handshake with the wrong counterparty can cost more than any platform fee. Verification is how we protect the integrity of the network — and how every member protects each other.
Three Layers of Verification
Identity
Government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID) plus a live selfie. We use the same KYC pipeline trusted by regulated financial institutions.
Company
Business registration documents, beneficial ownership disclosure, and where applicable, D-U-N-S number cross-reference. Sole traders provide proof of trade.
Commercial References
Existing customer references, banking relationships, and historical trade documentation. Sanctions screening (OFAC, UK, EU) runs on every applicant.
Review Timeline
Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours of payment.
Complex cases may require additional documentation. If so, we'll reach out via email — usually with a single question, not a multi-day back and forth.
