Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all subscription purchases made on the BW Horizons platform, operated by BW International Ltd ("BW Horizons"). By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
1. No Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to BW Horizons are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription charges;
- Annual subscription charges;
- Add-on services and one-time purchases;
- Partial billing periods.
BW Horizons is a private, institutional-grade membership platform. Access is granted upon payment and represents a deliberate commitment to platform participation. There is no trial period, satisfaction guarantee, or cooling-off window.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the billing period. They are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including early cancellation, reduced usage, or change of business circumstances. You will retain full platform access until the end of the annual period.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- No further charges will be made;
- You retain access to the Platform until the end of the current billing month;
- No refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing period.
4. Tier Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis for the remaining period. The prorated amount is non-refundable.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No credit or refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
5. Account Suspension or Termination by BW Horizons
If BW Horizons suspends or terminates your account due to a breach of our Terms of Service, prohibited conduct, or a failed compliance review, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
In the exceptional case of a termination initiated solely by BW Horizons for reasons unrelated to member conduct (e.g., a decision to discontinue a specific plan), a prorated refund for the unused portion of a prepaid annual subscription may be offered at our sole discretion.
6. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or a duplicate charge has occurred, contact us at billing@bwhorizons.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a full correction or credit.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid subscription charge constitutes a material breach of these Terms. BW Horizons reserves the right to immediately suspend platform access and pursue recovery of disputed funds, including any associated fees.
8. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, navigate to Settings → Billing and select "Manage Subscription." This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, or download invoices. Cancellation requests cannot be processed via email.
